City of Newport Symphony Orchestra is an enthusiastic and friendly amateur orchestra, with a passion to make music at the highest level.

Based on current advice, City of Newport Symphony has made the decision to suspend rehearsals for our members. Additionally, our concert scheduled for April 4 has been postponed for the time being. 
With new found time, new time for lots of practicing!
Watch this space, decisions about future rehearsals and concerts will be made in accordance with governmental guidance. 
Sit tight, wash your hands and practice 40 hours a day.
